This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, air conditioning, and the staff were helpful when they assisted me with my bags during my first stay. I highly recommend it!

Clean and comfortable rooms.
We were really disappointed with the slow-draining sink. I should have informed management during our stay, but I didn't want to deal with maintenance issues. only two jets worked, and one was intermittent. This really put a damper on my birthday celebration—we had high hopes for the spa experience.

Strongly recommend for a walk in evening
Cozy room, cozy breakfast, the room featured a spacious shower and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night as I explored the nearby attractions with ease, just a short distance from the beach access.
All good.

A perfect retreat for couples
We had a larger room with a comfy bed and a private patio which was great for relaxing after a long day. The free bike rental was awesome, we cruised around the island and it felt liberating.
Not exactly cheap but for what you get it's still acceptable.

We had an amazing time exploring nearby attractions like Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, which were just a short drive away. The lodge had a welcoming vibe, and our King Room with a balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy the evenings together, especially with our teenagers.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options for families.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect for checking out the beautiful beaches and dining spots. We loved the evening social with wine and the nice options for breakfast. Plus, borrowing bikes for a ride around the island was a great touch.
The room had a minor issue with the whirlpool tub not working during our stay, but the staff was quick to respond, which was appreciated.

The king room with a spa bath was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The underground parking was a huge plus, eliminating the hassle of searching for a space. However, the room was uncomfortably warm despite setting the thermostat low, making sleep difficult. Also, I was disappointed to find only one hanger available at check-in, which felt inadequate for a hotel of this caliber.

I had a blast! My room was a King Room Spa bath and let me tell you, the whirlpool bath was pure bliss after a day of exploring. The staff were super accommodating, and their breakfast buffet was a tasty start to my day with fresh breads and delicious homemade quiche. Plus, the happy hour was a great way to unwind and meet other guests-such a cozy vibe!

The American pancakes at breakfast were pure bliss and the complimentary happy hour bites hit the spot! Plus, the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Seriously, it felt like our own little slice of paradise in San Diego!
The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, and gluten-free options were non-existent. Plus, a little street noise slipped in, but nothing that ruined the vibe!
